Na een periode van relatieve rust komt de Leonard Cohen Tribute Band weer in de Nederlandse theaters. Het komende seizoen staat de muzikale beleving in het teken van de helende kracht van muziek.
Leonard Cohen gaf in de vele teksten van zijn songs al blijk van een diepere blik achter de schermen van het leven. ‘The Future’, ‘In my secret life’ en ‘A Thousand kisses deep’ zijn daar sprekende voorbeelden van. Bij uitstek in deze woelige tijd van maatschappelijke veranderingen en transformatie, waarin het menselijke weer centraal komt te staan, kunnen we steunen op de helende kracht van Leonard Cohens muziek.
De Leonard Cohen Tribute Band brengt vele bekende en minder bekende songs in originele of gearrangeerde versie ten gehore. Het verbindend thema ‘Come Healing’ is de rode draad door een show met sprankeling, ontroering, luchtigheid en diepgang.

After a relatively quiet period, the Leonard Cohen Tribute Band is back in the Dutch theaters. The theme of their new show is the healing power of music.
In the lyrics of many songs, Leonard Cohen is already taking a deeper look into the scenes of life. Some strong examples are ‘The Future’, ‘In my secret life’ and ‘A Thousand kisses deep’.
Especially in these turbulent times of social change and transformation, during which the focus has shifted back to the human factor, we can rely on the healing power of Leonard Cohen’s music.
The Leonard Cohen Tribute Band is playing many well-known and lesser-known songs in the original or in a self-arranged version. ‘Come Healing’ is the central theme throughout the sparkling and touching show that offers both light-heartedness and depth.
