‘The Roaring Twenties’: dé onovertroffen, magnifieke, chique, swingende, zingende, roerende, ontroerende en champagne proostende belevenis van het decennium komt naar het theater. Een avond als nooit tevoren! Een jubileumvoorstelling die de gloriedagen van de slapstick even fijnzinnig als elegant laat herleven! Wentel je wederhelft rond op de buzzing beat van de dansorkesten! Baad in de pracht en praal van de feestzaal in Jugendstil en zwelg in de decadentie van de upper class…
En ja, wat zou het, als de tafelpoten een beetje wankel zijn? So what, als het orgel op instorten staat? Wat nou, als de kroonluchter aan een paar losse boutjes hangt? Alles werkt prima! Nee hoor, alles is hélemaal onder controle! Er kan echt hélemaal níks misgaan! Níets kan deze daverende jubileumavond in de weg staan!

Släpstick
Släpstick ontstond in 1997 onder de naam Wereldband en beleeft nu haar jubileum. Vanwege het 25-jarig bestaan brengt de groep een feestelijke voorstelling. Omdat Släpstick haar gehele publiek in de gelegenheid wil stellen het jubileum mee te vieren, geeft zij in ieder theater een bal. Een voorstelling in de vorm van een feest in de stijl van de jaren ‘20 van de vorige eeuw.
Internationaal succes
Na het enorme succes van de vorige show die werd omschreven als ‘variété op lachwekkend hoog niveau’ toerde Släpstick de afgelopen jaren niet alleen in Nederland maar ook in Engeland, Frankrijk, Duitsland, Denemarken, België en Nieuw-Zeeland. Släpstick won meerdere (inter)nationale prijzen zoals de Johan Kaartprijs (NL), Comedy Award Moers (D) en The Spirit Of The Fringe Award (UK).

Släpstick
Släpstick was founded in 1997 under the name Wereldband and is celebrating its 25th anniversary this season. And that is why the group is presenting a festive show. Because Släpstick wants to celebrate its anniversary with the entire audience, they are organizing a ball in every theater. A show in the form of a party in 1920s style.
International success
After the enormous success of the previous show, which was described as ‘vaudeville at a ridiculously high level’, Släpstick has been touring not only the Netherlands, but also England, France, Germany, Denmark, Belgium and New Zealand in recent years. Släpstick has won several (inter)national awards, such as the Johan Kaartprijs (NL), Comedy Award Moers (D) and The Spirit Of The Fringe Award (UK).
