In show nummer 12 trakteren solist Dick van Altena en de band Savannah je weer op een reeks prachtige ‘nieuwe’ oude titels uit de rijke muziekhistorie. Populaire songs worden her en der afgewisseld met een onbekend juweeltje. Tevens schuwt men niet om op gepaste momenten de countrygrenzen lichtelijk te overschrijden met aanverwante muzieksoorten uit de sixties.
Je zult merken dat dit niet alleen de herkenbaarheid maar ook je meezingdrang ten goede komt.
Savannah staat al decennialang aan de Europese countrytop, Dick van Altena was voorman van de fameuze band Major Dundee.
Met deze nieuwste, sprankelende muziektheaterproductie maakt de 7-koppige cast het dozijn vol. We kunnen hierbij gerust stellen dat de 11 voorgaande edities zeker een garantie bieden voor de toekomst, namelijk: Back to the Country part 12!
Na de reguliere show verhuist het gezelschap naar de foyer van uw theater voor de traditionele en inmiddels vermaarde after-party.

In show Part 12, soloist Dick van Altena and the band Savannah are treating you once again to a series of beautiful ‘new’ oldies from the country music’s rich history. Now and then the popular songs are alternated with unknown gems. Furthermore, they do not shy away from slightly crossing the borders of country music at appropriate times to play related types of music from the sixties. You will find that this will increase the recognizability of the songs and will encourage you to sing along even more.
Savannah has been at the top of the European country scene for decades and Dick van Altena was the front man of the famous band Major Dundee.
This latest sparkling musical theater production is the 12th show of the 7-member group. We can safely say that the eleven previous editions are a guarantee for another great show: Back to the Country part 12!
After the main show, the company will move to the foyer for the traditional and now famous after-party.
